These two questions are guiding the Conference on the Future of Europe that aims to give EU citizens an active voice and involve them directly in the discussion about the future of Europe.
The Conference started on 9 May during the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the EU and will continue when Slovenia takes over the Presidency in July.
Bled Strategic Forum is hosting a series of roundtable discussions under the title Overture to the Future. In Act II of the series Mr Gašper Dovžan, State Secretary at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia, and Mr Juan González-Barba Pera, State Secretary for the European Union of Spain, will exchange the views of their respective countries on the future of Europe. Moreover, online participants will have the opportunity to present their views on Europe’s future and question the speakers on their views.
The discussion will take place on Tuesday, 8 June at 15:00 on Zoom.
